Cancellation policy

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect a deposit for your pre-order at checkout, store your payment method, and then charge the remaining balance plus shipping if required, when your order is complete and ready to ship. Orders may only be canceled and your deposit returned if shop fabrication has not commenced on your order. You will forfeit your deposit on any order that is canceled after fabrication has commenced.

When you purchase an item that is in stock, we will collect a deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then charge the remaining balance plus shipping, if required, when the order is boxed and ready to ship. Orders on in-stock items may be canceled without penalty with a full refund if the order has not been boxed for shipment. A $100 boxing charge will be deducted from your refund if your order is canceled after it has been boxed for shipment.
