Refund policy
Returns are only accepted when items are damaged in shipment. It's advisable to save the packaging used with USPS and UPS shipments so you'll have material that can be used for a return if damage is discovered upon opening. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to process a payment for the return shipping.
White glove shipments are unpacked by the shipper and it is imperative to closely examine the furniture when it arrives. Minor damage must be recorded on the receiving ticket and confirmed by the driver for repair work to be covered. Do not accept shipments with major damage and direct the driver to return the order to our shop. Please contact us ASAP to help with damage issues at either 207-865-4153 or 207-653-2988.
