Shipping policy

Color chips are always in stock and are shipped USPS. There is no charge for shipping for color chips. Shutter Frames, Mirrors, and Tomato Frames are shipped USPS or UPS.

The shipping cost for these pieces is calculated on the website and is added at checkout. Crates and Nesting Boxes are shipped white glove. The costs for white glove shipping are calculated individually based on the physical size of the order and the order destination. It might take several days for us to receive quotes for white glove shipments. The white glove charges are then manually entered into your order 
documents.

Alternately, you can save the cost of shipping by picking up your order at our 
workshop at 60 South Freeport Road, Freeport, ME 04032. Shipping costs are not included in your initial deposit so you don't need to decide if you'll pick up your order until it's complete. Please let us know if you're thinking of picking up your order. Pick up orders are not packaged so you'll need to provide wraps if they're required.
